They are based on a long-term support by a Scale Up advisor, leveraging ad hoc services that you can activate on demand, according to your priority needs and challenges!
The Scale Up Advisor
To establish a personalized action plan and track it During 24 months you will be accompanied by a Scale Up Advisor. Together with you, the Advisor will conduct a diagnostic of your company and establish an action plan which will be guiding thread for your long-term support. In practice, your support will amount to 25 work days, and you will determine together your meeting schedule.
To build an essential management function!
Your company is growing and structuring itself: it becomes necessary to delegate responsibilities so as to focus on your role as a leader. To achieve this, you will have the opportunity to call in an Acting Manager for a maximum duration of 9 months. Their mission? Building a management function within the company, occupying it as an internal member of the company and formalizing the processes to ensure the sustainability of the function. The manager will be able to play a part in human resources, financial management, quality control, business management, ... according to the area of focus that you will have defined with your Scale Up Advisor.
To improve your governance
When the company is growing, it is crucial to organize an active governance. Specifically, it means integrating new profiles in the Board of Directors that complement those of the shareholders: professionals who have contributed to successful businesses of the sector, with an extensive network of contacts
... As part of the Scale Up Program, you can call upon an independent administrator for 3 years to enrich your Board of Directors and improve your governance!
