Become a student-entrepreneur
Created in 2011 by WSL, Startech is the crucible enabling upcoming entrepreneurs to discover entrepreneurship.
This program is targeted at engineering students across Wallonia.
Accompanied by coaches, themselves successful entrepreneurs, the students will instantly be put in the shoes of entrepreneurs during 10 sessions.
From the first day on, they will conceptualize the idea and meet future clients and partners.
To top it all, the program is embed in the curriculum of future engineers and allows them to validate credits.
Startech is an entrepreneurship awakening program for students
Concept: Put the students in the shoes of an entrepreneur and give them the opportunity of creating their own tech company.
Creating a company from the idea to the prototype and being able to pitch it in front of a panel of investors.
10 sessions during which seasoned professionals coach students in the evolution of their company.
This program applies the Lean startup methodology and takes place actively using flipped classrooms.
10 days of exchanges and of intensive collaboration
The coaches are all engineers with proven experience in the creation and launch of tech startups.
